Munich city villa

Over the next 9–12 months, you'll find us here on site every single day. We're renovating a listed 1910 city villa in Munich and carefully bringing it into the present. We do most of the work ourselves; everything else we coordinate directly with our trades. Fast, hands-on, uncomplicated.

New floors. New spaces. New windows. Complete electrical renewal. Complete plumbing renewal. Protecting what matters, upgrading everything else. Heritage compliant, but with no fear of hard work.

We tear out, rebuild, decide weekly, document clearly, and keep the site as quiet and neighbour-friendly as an old-villa construction site can be.

Hands-on, no drama, no back-and-forth between trades. If it doesn't require approval, we do it ourselves. If it does, we support and make sure the process is clean, fast, and practical.
